According to this Bloomberg Article by Mark Gurman, the iPad 11th Generation Tablet, earlier expected to be launched around the same time as iPad Mini 7, has now been shifted to Spring Time in March 2025.
Other than a few changes inside the hood in terms of Processor and RAM, the overall design would probably be carried forward from the previous generation itself.
Apple's stance of discontinuing a charger inside the box of iPad 10th Generation Tablet at Europe as well as their global launch of iPad Mini 7 just a while ago, both indicate that the company isn't keen on introducing the newer iPad 11th Gen this year, even though the 10th Gen was launched more than 2 years back.
