Motorola to launch ultra-thin Moto X70 Air in October

The race for the slimmest smartphone is intensifying after Apple, Samsung and Tecno have all jumped into manufacturing and selling ultra thin and airy phones, Motorola is going to be the next one having a shot at this ever expanding market with its Moto X70 Air, which is set to launch on 31st October in China.

The Moto X70 Air houses a sleek, ultra-thin design and includes AI-powered features. It will be around 5.99 mm thick, which is slightly thicker than the iPhone Air, which measures around 5.6 mm.

Looking at the other specifications, the phone packs a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, a 6.7 inch 1.5K pOLED display running at 120 Hz refresh rate. It also houses a massive 4800 mAh battery inside its ultra thin frame, which can be charged using either a 68W wired charger or a 15W wireless one. The phone also has three rear cameras.

The phone would be called Motorola Edge 70 wherever else it sells globally, but its pricing hasn't been released by the company as yet.
