LTM taps NVIDIA AI to upgrade India’s Tax Analytics system

LTM, the business creativity partner to the world’s largest enterprises, has announced a collaboration with NVIDIA to support the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) in modernising India’s national tax analytics platform under the Insight 2.0 initiative. This seven-year national programme is designed to strengthen tax administration through scalable AI and advanced analytics.

As part of the Insight 2.0 programme, LTM will implement a secure cloud environment powered by NVIDIA’s AI infrastructure, streamlining workloads and enabling real-time insights for CBDT. LTM’s BlueVerse platform will act as the intelligence backbone of the initiative, facilitating AI integration across all operational layers of the tax platform. Key capabilities include a smart citizen portal, automated campaign management, improved case workflows, and AI-driven helpdesk support.

The BlueVerse platform is designed to deliver a seamless and intuitive citizen interface, helping enhance governance, reduce revenue leakages, improve compliance, and elevate the overall taxpayer experience.
